Since 1988, Scottech Oilfield Services equipment and plant operators have assisted Australian oil and gas exploration and production companies to complete their projects on time and to the highest industry standards. Delivering equipment which uses the latest technologies and only supplying experienced operators, we pride ourselves on our reputation as one of the leaders in our field.

Scottech recently expanded their operational facilities to meet the high demands of the oil and gas industry. The specialist facility provides companies access to a complete range of plant and equipment that is continually maintained and certified to meet industry requirements. The ability to stock consumable filtration products ensures that unnecessary delays are eliminated with fast and efficient onsite delivery.

The company continues to invest in the Australian oil and gas industry with ongoing software design and development delivering clear communication, status updates and reporting capabilities for both offshore and onshore operations.

Health & Safety Executive

The company occupational health and safety vision is underpinned by a fundamental belief that all workplace injuries and instances of occupational ill health are preventable and that good health and safety management is good business.

Scottech accepts its moral and legal responsibility for the health and safety of personnel and other parties who may be affected by the company operations. The promotion of health and safety measures is a mutual objective for management and personnel at all levels. It is therefore the company policy to do all that is reasonably practicable to prevent personal injury, work related ill health and damage to property and to protect everyone from foreseeable work hazards, including the public insofar as they come into contact with the company or its products. In particular:

  • Provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, taking account of prevailing statutory requirements;
  • Use risk assessment and control measures to ensure that the health and safety of employees, other contractors, occupiers of premises and members of the public is not adversely affected by work operations;
  • Clarify individual roles with respect to health and safety using a set of personal safety standards;
  • Outline minimum acceptable standards for key operations and processes using a set of operational safety standards;
  • Encourage all persons to challenge unsafe behaviours and acknowledge safe behaviour to promote a safe working culture;
  • Encourage all persons to report incidents (injuries or near misses), unsafe acts or conditions and assist in incident investigation with the objective of jointly developing measures to prevent recurrence;
  • Actively encourage suppliers and subcontractors to promote good health and safety practices as part of supplier approval and monitoring procedures; and
  • Co-operate with clients and other parties to reduce occupational health and safety risk.

Scottech Oilfield Services ODM Software provides clear communication to all operational personnel, division managers and stakeholders throughout your organisation. The software technology has been developed to meet the demands of the offshore environment ensuring efficiency and productivity to project management processes.

  • Provide an overview of all current projects including: Personnel Responsibilities (Supervisor/Operator) / Project Status / Inventory & Stock Levels / Plant and Equipment Register / Maintenance logs / Equipment Certification / Daily and Completion Reports (Communication to relevant personnel/company) / Operational Checklists & Standards.
  • System to track operational activities / status. Correlate data with multiple locations / depot overview.
  • System to log personnel activities / status.
  • System to ensure efficient communication with relevant personnel / stakeholders, eg. Daily activity / onsite stock / backloads / completion report.
  • Scalable solutions for project management relevant to offshore specific requirements and multiple locations (global).
  • Protect and secure intellectual property, prevent information being spread across multiple computers.
  • Eliminate inconsistent reporting standards and compile documentation to company standards.
  • Provide feedback to ensure system delivers positive outcomes.

Reports Module

  • Generate daily and completion reports including graphic representation of relevant and pertinent information.
  • System to track the stock used for output in Filtration Field Reports / Accounts.
  • System to track the NTU, pressure and bbls for output into Filtration Field Reports.
